In each episode, I aim to address the unique challenges faced by teenagers, featuring insightful conversations with guest speakers who are experts in their respective fields. I hope to offer valuable perspectives and practical advice for teenagers, parents, and educators alike.

About Me

Hello! My name is Chakriya and I am the founder of this podcast. I am a sixth form student from Thailand with a deep passion for psychology and philosophy. I created I Think, Therefore I Waffle with the aim of helping adolescents like myself make sense of their existential struggles, emotional needs, and mental health disorders that are likely to present themselves during this period of significant change in their lives. Additionally, I hope that caretakers of adolescents, including parents, family members, and educators will benefit from an enhanced understanding of teenagers and how to better support them through this crucial life transition.
